At Residential Building Specialties, Inc., we offer a wide variety of high-quality hardware components and building supplies to help you deliver the best results to your customers. One of the many products we offer is shower doors—if you want to create a custom shower enclosure for your customers, you can turn to our team to get the excellent shower doors you need to achieve the results you are looking for. Below, we will go over a few examples of the types of shower doors we offer to help you decide which is right for your project.

 Types of Shower Doors

  • Trackless Doors – As the name states, trackless shower doors do not slide in a track but rather swing on hinges or pivots. These doors are great for any homeowner who wants to avoid the hassle of a track, but they do require a certain amount of clearance, which means they are not ideal for smaller spaces.
  • Neo-Angle DoorsNeo-angle shower doors are designed to fit corner showers. The main difference between these doors and the hinged/pivot doors we described above is the way they fit into the shower itself—neo-angle doors cut across a 90 degree corner to form a diamond shape, rather than keeping the shower square. This creates enough room in the shower enclosure to wash comfortably, but also saves floor space.
  • Bi-Fold Doors – Bi-fold shower doors are another good choice for saving space, as their folding design means they don’t require as much clearance as a single-paned door.

These are just a few examples of the types of shower doors we offer. If you want to know more about our doors, you can check out our website or give us a call at (336) 766-5186.
